针药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Research of Treatmenting Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease By Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Medicine

目的：观察针药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例慢性盆腔炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组采用针药联合治疗；对照组采用西医口服药物治疗。结果：两组患者治疗总有效率为观察组93％，对照组83％，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗前后症状及体征积分比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：针药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎能显著改善患者临床症状，其疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objectives The observe clinical efficacy of treatmenting chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine. Methods 60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The obser- vation group were treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese medieine; control group by oral western medication. Results The total effective rate of two groups had statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）, 93% of the observation group, 83% of the control group. What＇s more, there were significant differences at symptoms between observation group and control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The clinical effect in observation group is significantly better than that in oral western medication group.
