摘要
以20峰准噶尔双峰驼为研究对象,对其乳中氨基酸含量的季节变化及营养价值进行了研究。结果显示,准噶尔双峰驼返青期、枯草前期乳中氨基酸总量(TAA)差异不显著(P>0.05);枯草期乳中必需氨基酸总量(EAA)和非必需氨基酸总量(NEAA)显著高于其他3季(P<0.05),而其他3季间则差异均不显著(P>0.05);乳蛋白质中的必需氨基酸构成和FAO/WHO的推荐值十分相近,驼乳蛋白质对人体具有很高的营养价值。
The seasonal variation characteristics of amino acid content and nutritional value in Junggar Bactrian camel milk were studied. The results showed that the content of total amino acid (TAA) of Junggar Bactrian camel milk was no significant difference(P〉0.05)in the seedling establishment period and the withered grass early period. The essential amino acid (EAA) and non-essential amino acid (NEAA) in the withered grass period were significantly higher than other three seasons(P〈0.05)and other three seasons were not significant(P〉0.05); The composition of essential of Junggar Bactrian camel milk proteins was similar to the value that recommended by FAO and WHO. The proteins of Junggar Bactrian camel milk had a great nutrition to human beings.
