采用向量-空间夹角判据测定橙汁中的苯甲酸钠

Vector-subspace angle criterion for determination of sodium benzoate in orange juice

向量-空间夹角是一个稳健的子空间判据，基于该判据建立了橙汁中苯甲酸钠的测定方法，实现了样本不经分离直接测定苯甲酸钠含量。实验结果表明：测定相对误差小于2．5％，与高效液相色谱测定结果对比相对误差小于2．66％，苯甲酸钠的回收率为99．22％～103．70％。该方法可以消除橙汁中其他物质对测定结果的干扰，并且快速、准确，检测成本低。

Vector-space angle is a robust subspace criterion. Based on this criterion, established a method to determine the sodium benzoate in the orange juice. Direct determination of sodium benzoate in the samples. Experimental results show that the determination of the relative error less than 2.5%, compared with high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） determination results relative error less than 2.66%, the sodium benzoate recovery is 99.22%-103.70%. This method can eliminate the interference of other substances on the determination results in the orange juice, the method is fast, accurate and low cost detection.
