摘要
建国后我国图书馆发展战略思想的演进,既与国家的发展战略息息相关,也与广大读者的需求紧密相连。考察其具体的演进过程,不但可以了解图书馆事业在各个阶段的发展情况,而且可以了解各个阶段国家发展的大战略和读者需求的变化对图书馆的影响。这些对于构建全覆盖的社会公共文化服务体系具有重要的现实意义。
After the founding of the PRC, evolution characteristics of Chinese library developing strategies are closely linked with China＇ s developing strategy and the readers＇ needs. Through studying their development progress, we can know not only each stage of the librarianship, but also the influence of changes of the national strategy and the reader＇ s needs on the library. It is practically significant to develop the social public cuhural service system to cover the whole country.
