陆轨两用车的陆轨转换系统结构改进设计与分析

摘要 地铁车辆或线路出现故障后,需要将机车牵引出故障段,再由工程车辆驶往目的地点进行检修,影响机车正常运营。因此,基于自主研发的陆轨两用工程车的功能需求,对陆轨转换系统结构设计进行改进。运用多体动力学理论和虚拟样机技术,进行了该工程车轨道与陆面转换过程的运动学仿真,并分析了平移导轨刚度。通过分析,改进后陆轨转换系统结构能更好地满足其安全、平稳和快速的设计要求。 In the event of subway locomotive or line failure, the locomotive should be pulled out of the fault position, and then the maintenance ear drives to the destination to examine and repair,which inevitably affect the normal operation. Based on the fast road-rail-shifting function requirements of independent research and development of the engineering maintenance vehicle, to improve the structural design of the system. On the basis of multi-body dynamics theory, simulation of the process of road-rail conversion work with virtual prototype technique, and analysis of the guide beam vertical stiffness. Through the analysis, the improved structure to better meet its design requirements of safe, smooth, and fast.
