摘要
颅内动脉瘤是引起颅内出血的原因之一。随着介入神经放射学的发展 ,血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤已成为现实。本文就颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的适应证、操作技术要点、并发症及其防治作一综述。
Intracranial aneurysm is the main cause of intracranial hemmorhage when it ruptures.As the development of interventional nenroradiology,now intravascular embolization of intracranial aneurysm is aeceptable.This paper reviewed its indications,the key to operation technology,the complications and their prevention and treatment.
