Application of Hyperbranched Copolymers to Drug Carriers

摘要 超支化聚合物具有溶解度高、黏度低和清除慢等特性,在其表面连接一些其他类型的聚合物所形成的超支化共聚物结构稳定、载药量高,可用作药物载体。本文着重介绍超支化共聚物的种类及其在药物载体方面的应用,并简介了其涉及的安全性问题。 Hyperbranched polymers have the unique properties, such as high solubility, low viscosity and slow clearance etc. Hyperbranched copolymers with the properties of stable structure and high drug loading are obtained by grafting other polymers onto the surface of hyperbranched polymers, which can be used as drug carriers. This paper lays emphasis on the kinds of hyperbranched copolymer as well as the applications to drug carriers. And the safety of this material is briefly introduced.
