摘要
比较网格圈式集聚纱和中空罗拉式集聚纱的毛羽。采用图像观察法和毛羽仪测试法对网格圈式集聚纺和中空罗拉式集聚纺纺出的JC 11.7 tex和JC 19.4 tex纱毛羽进行测试,对比了两种集聚纱的毛羽数。结果表明:中空罗拉式集聚纱短毛羽明显多于网格圈式集聚纺短毛羽;两者长毛羽数量均达到理想水平且差距不大。认为中空罗拉式集聚纱较网格圈式集聚纱更有利于织物外观丰满。
Hairiness of lattice apron and hollow roller condensed yarn were contrasted. Image observation method and hairiness monitor test method were adopted to test hairiness of JC 11.7 rex yam and JC 19.4 rex yarn spun by lattice aprnn condensed spinning and hollow roller condensed spinning. The result shows that short hairiness of hollow roller condensed yarn is much more than that of lattice apron condensed yarn. The hairiness number of the two kinds yarn are better, the difference in the two kinds yam is less. It is considered that fabric surface fullness is better when adopting hollow roller condensed yarn than that of lattice apron condensed yam.
