公共图书馆为残疾人开展服务研究

Study on the Situation and Development of Service for Disabled of Public Library

我国公共图书馆为残疾人服务起步较晚,经过二十余年的发展,在图书馆建设和管理服务方面进行了有益探索,理论、实践上都取得了一定的成绩,但是也存在管理服务缺乏理论支撑、管理体制不健全、不同类型残疾人服务不均衡等问题。在今后的工作中,公共图书馆需要创建良好的社会环境,加强自身建设,以进一步提高为残疾人服务的能力和水平。

Public library services for disabled in China started late. Through more than 20 years of development, the library construction and manage- ment services undertook beneficial exploration, theory and practice obtained certain result, but management service is lack of theoretical support, man- agement system is not perfect, different types of disability service is disequilibrium. In the future, the public library should create a good social environ- ment and enhance the ability and level of public library services for disabled.
