外语院校图书馆译本库的设立可进一步为本校师生及社会各界提供第一手的文献翻译资料。本文从外语院校图书馆设立译本库的必要性、译本库收藏的原则及范围、译本库的图书分类和译本库的实施方式这四个方面展开论述,并提出切实可行的实施方案。

The establishment of translation reading room in library of foreign language universities can further provide first-hand translated literature for our students, teachers and other circles of society. The following four aspects are discussed in the article： the necessity of establishing translation reading room in library of foreign language universities; the collectible scope and principle for translation reading room; the book classification of trans- lation reading room; and the executive means of translation reading room. At the same time, practical schemes are proposed in the article.
