下套管连续循环系统技术特点及应用前景分析 被引量:2

摘要 常规下套管作业存在易引起粘卡事故以及需要利用其他工具建立钻井液循环的局限性。国内外相继开发出不同型式的下套管连续循环系统,这些系统可以在下套管的同时灌注循环钻井液使得下套管作业变得更为顺畅,大大减少钻井综合成本。对当前国内外4种不同结构形式的下套管连续循环系统的结构、工作原理、技术特点以及应用情况进行了论述,并结合国情对其适用性和优缺点进行了对比分析,提出开发适用于非顶驱钻机的下套管连续循环系统等建议。 There exist problems with eonventional casing running, such as easy sticking and limitalinn of using other tools to produce drilling fluid circulation. Therefore, different types of casing-running continuous cireulation syslems were dew, loped at home and abroad. These systems can carry out the injection and circulation of drilling flu- id to make casing running operation smoother, thus remarkahly reducing the comprehensive drilling cost. The paper gives a detailed introduction to the structure, operating principle, technological feature and application of four do- meslie and foreign easing-running continuous circulation systems with different structural patterns. A comparalive a- nalysis of their suitability, weaknesses and slrenglhs has been conducted in combination with the domestic situation. Finally, some suggestions are offered.
