摘要
海洋水下连接器是保证水下操作安全、远程操控自动连接或脱离的关键技术设备。介绍了海洋水下连接器技术发展现状,重点针对GE Vetco Gray公司的H4连接器及Dril-Quip公司生产的DX系列连接器的功能原理、结构特点及性能参数进行对比分析,最后提出了锁块式连接器的发展趋势:采用应急解锁技术使结构更加可靠;采用水合物抑制技术使操作更加安全;安装方式、控制方式更加自动、快捷;工作水深不断增加,压力等级不断提高。
The subsea connector is the key technological equipment for ensuring underwater operation safety and automatic connection or disconnection of remote control. The paper introduces the present development situation of subsea connector technology, focusing on the comparative analysis of the function principle, design feature and performance parameters of the two typical structures : one is the structure of the H4 connector produced by GE Vet- co Gray and the other is that of the DX series of connectors produced by Dril-Quip. Finally, the development trend of locking dog-type connector is pointed out. Emergency unlocking technology is adopted to make the structure more reliable. Hydrate suppression technology is adopted to make the operation safer. The installment method and control method are more automatic and faster. Its operating water depth increases constantly and the pressure level improves continuously.
