海底输水管道转输油气混合介质可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究海底输水管道转输油气混合介质工艺的可行性,建立了无保温海底管道油气混输压降模型和温降模型。利用所建模型,模拟计算不同工况下无保温混输管道的压降、温降情况;为了验证模型的准确性,利用空气和水模拟油气混合物进行现场试验。试验结果表明,混输管道采用入口压力2.00 MPa、温度70.0℃、气液比100 m3/t的参数运行平稳。如果投产后期需要提高输送压力,就要在海底输水管道进入平台末端加设压力控制阀,这样可防止其两端压差过大而造成压力和温度损失。由于混输管道没有保温装置,所以不能在冬季运行,可以在维修原输油、输气管道期间,对混输管道进行在线改造,防止海水温度降低导致的不良后果。 To study the feasibility of using subsea conduit to pump over oil and gas mixed medium, tile pressure drop model and temperatllre drop model of non4hermal insulation sul)sea pipeline oil and gas muhiphase flow were established. The established model was used to conduet a simulation calculation of the pressure drop and tempera- ture drop of non-thermal insulation mixture transportation pipeline in different operating conditions. To verify the ac-uracy of the models, air and water were used to simulate oil-gas mixtures to earry out the fiehl lest. The lest find- ings show that the muhiphase transportation pipeline adopts the parameters of inlet pressure 2.00 MPa, temperature 70.0 ℃ and gas-liquid ratio 100 m3/t, running stably. If the transportation pressure needs to be increased at the later stage of production, it is necessary to add pressure control valve at the access platform end of sul)sea conduit in order to prevent the pressure and temperature loss caused by tile excessive pressure diffrence of both ends. Due to the fact that there is no heal insulation device for mixture transporiation pipeline, it eannot run in winter. The on- line modification of Ihe pipeline can be conducted during maintenance of the original uil and gas transportation pipe- lines so as [o prevent the undesirable effects caused by seawater temperature drop.
