摘要 为了促进我国连续管检测技术的发展,缩小与国外在连续管检测技术方面的差距,综述了国内外连续管检测技术的研究进展,介绍了国外在役检测设备,包括NOV CTES公司设计开发的CT DOG检测装置与Argus利用超声检测(UT)技术、NOV Tuboscope公司研制的CT Scope检测装置、ROSEN公司研制的连续管自动检测系统以及斯伦贝谢公司近期推出的CoilScan实时连续管检测系统。最后指出,连续管检测系统正向着缺陷识别智能化和检测结果全面化方向发展。 To promote the development of coiled tubing inspection technology at home and shorten the gap be- tween China and other countries with respect to the technology, the progress of domestic and foreign research on the technology was reviewed. The inspection equipments in service were introduced, including the CT DOG inspec- tion device and Argus ultrasonic testing (UT) technology designed and developed by NOV CTES, the CT Scope in- spection device developed by NOV Tuboscope, the automatic coiled tubing inspection system developed by ROSEN and the CoilScan real-time coiled tubing inspection system recently offered by Schlumberger. Finally, it is pointed out that the coiled tubing inspection system is developing toward the intelligence of defect identification and the comprehensiveness of inspection result.
