Selection of Design Process for Water Supply Second-stage Project of Ningdong Energy Chemical Industrial Base

摘要 宁东能源化工基地供水二期工程水源为黄河原水,具有低温、低浊、微污染等特点。分析认为,该类原水处理技术路线可考虑采用强化沉淀或者气浮工艺以提高运行效果。介绍了双层平流沉淀池+双层滤料滤池工艺及高速气浮池+高速滤池工艺的特点,并通过经济技术比较,最终选择采用以双层沉淀池与翻板双层滤池为主工艺的净水方案。该方案能够确保出水水质稳定,运行能耗较低,可供类似工程参考。 The water source for water supply second-stage project of Ningdong Energy Chemical Industrial Base is raw water from Yellow River. It is a kind of low temperature, low turbidity and micro- polluted water. The usual way to treat this kind of raw water is enhanced sedimentation or floatation process. The characteristics of double layer horizontal flow sedimentation tank plus double layer filter process and high speed flotation tank plus high speed filter process were introduced. Through economic and technical comparison, the water purification scheme using double layer horizontal flow sedimentation tank plus double layer filter process was determined. The scheme can ensure stable treated water quality and low energy consumption, which provides reference for similar projects.
