摘要
介绍了水解酸化—A2/O—混凝沉淀过滤组合工艺处理小城镇综合污水的工艺特点、设计参数、投资和运行成本。该工程处理水量为2×104m3/d,进水COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP分别为456.5、163.1、371.2、42.0、57.1、4.8 mg/L,相应的出水指标分别为45.2、8.3、7.8、4.7、14.4、0.47 mg/L,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。该工艺具有占地面积小、处理效果好、操作方便的优点,可在工业发达小城镇的污水处理工程中推广应用。
The technological characteristics, design parameters, investment and the combined process of hydrolytic acidification, A20, coagulation sedimentation and ment of comprehensive sewage of small towns were introduced. The treatment capacity operation cost of filtration in treat- is 2×10^4 m^3/d. The influent COD, BODs, SS, NH3 - N, TN and TP are 456.5 mg/L, 163.1 mg/L, 371.2 mg/L, 42.0 mg/L, 57.1 mg/L and 4.8 mg/L respectively, and the corresponding effluent concentrations are 45.2 mg/L, 8.3 mg/L, 7.8 mg/L, 4.7 mg/L, 14.4 mg/L and 0.47 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). This combined process has the advantages of small footprint, good treatment effect and convenient operation management.
