摘要
应用升流式厌氧过滤器(AF)工艺处理VIA废水,在正常生产条件下(处理负荷为50tCOD/d),AF厌氧反应器可产沼气18000m^3/d,沼气中CH4体积分数达到64.5%~70.7%,沼气发热量为22.2-28.1MJ/m2,H2S质量浓度达到5000~6500mg/m3。沼气发电工艺主要由沼气预处理系统、沼气发电系统等组成,发电量可达1000kW·h,低压蒸汽产量可达4800t/a。
Upflow anaerobic filter (AF anaerobic reactor) is used to treat purified terephthalic acid (PTA) wastewater. Under the normal production conditions with COD load of 50 t/d, AF anaerobic reactor can produce biogas of 18 000 m3/d, with the methane (CH4) volume fraction of 64.5% to 70.7% , the calorific value of 22.2 to 28.1 MJ/m3, and hydrogen sulfide (HzS) mass concentration of 5 000 to 6 500 mg/m3. Biogas power generation process is mainly composed of pretreatment system, and power generation system and waste heat recovery system. The annual generation capacity is up to 1 000 kW·h, with an annual low pressure steam output of 4 800 t.
