摘要
分析了码头原油罐区分散化含油污水处理工程存在的主要问题,提出隔油调节池/斜板沉淀池/臭氧氧化/多相流溶气气浮池/曝气生物滤池(BAF)的工艺升级改造方案。当进水含油量为300—600mg/L、COD为600~1500mg/L、SS为100~200mg/L时,出水含油量〈10mg/L、COD〈80mg/L、SS〈10mg/L,优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978--1996)的二级标准。
The decentralized oily wastewater treatment technologies in the oil tank field of liquid chemical industry terminal were investigated. Major problems with process flow and equipment structure of the original system were summarized. Based on the decentralized oily wastewater quality characteristics and treatment technologies, the reconstruction scheme using grease interceptor, lamella plate settler, ozo- nation, muhiphase flow dissolved air flotation tank and aeration biological filter was proposed. When the influent concentrations of oil, COD and SS were 300 to 600 mg/L, 600 to 1 500 mg/L and 100 to 200 mg/L respectively, the effluent concentrations of oil, COD and SS were less than 10 mg/L, 80 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality was better than the second class criteria specified in the Inte- grated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
