网络信任对冲动性购买行为的影响研究——基于感知风险的调节作用 被引量:6

摘要 本文结合现有的信任制度模型和冲动性购买行为影响模型,以网上购物的消费者为研究对象,在237份调查问卷的基础上,采用回归分析的方法探讨了网络信任的三个维度对消费者网上购买冲动的不同影响。结果表明:在引起消费者网上购买冲动的影响中,能力维度的作用最直接,其次是正直维度,再次是善意维度;在强烈的购买冲动驱使下,必然引起消费者的网上冲动购买行为;感知风险的调节作用,主要体现在正直维度、善意维度和冲动购买行为之间的显著负向作用。
