合芜蚌试验区是安徽省实施自主创新的重要战略平台,成为我国3+1自主创新示范试验区之一,获批成为国家首批科技与金融结合试点。分析合芜蚌科技与金融结合现状及存在问题,指出合芜蚌科技与金融结合的着力点,建议抓住试点机遇,建立科技与金融结合的工作体系和服务平台,探索在高新区建立公共融资平台、科技银行、多层次担保、知识产权贷款等多方协作的融资途径,同时不断创新完善各类金融服务和产品,建立多层次资本市场。

Hefei - Wuhu - Bengbu Pilot Region is a significant strategic platform for carrying out self - innovation of Anhui province. It is one of 3 ＋ 1 self - innovation of national demonstration zone of China, and grants the national first batch pilot place of combination of finance and technology. The paper then analyzes the present situation and problems of the combina- tion of finance and technology of Hefei - Wuhu - Bengbu Pilot Region, and points out the acting point of the combination. Finally, the paper suggests that it is necessary to seize the opportunity and establish working system and service platform of the finance and technology combination, and try to establish the financing way by cooperating in many ways, such as public platform for financing, technology bank, multilayered security, intellectual property loan. And it further points out that it is essential to continuously improve and perfect different kinds of financial services and products to establish muhilayered cap- itat market.
