安徽省新农村建设面临的农业科技问题研究

Research on Problems of Agricultural Science and Technology during Construction of New Countryside in Anhui Province

农业的根本出路在于科技。安徽省作为农业大省,肩负着国家粮食安全的历史使命。依靠农业科技支撑和引领现代农业发展和新农村建设具有重要的意义,安徽省及各级地方政府对此高度重视,并利用各种途径不断提高农业科技创新能力和农业科技推广应用水平。但随着新农村建设进程的深入,安徽省农业科技发展在科研能力、重大核心技术研究、农技推广应用、体制机制等方面出现一些新的问题,面对这些问题结合实际提出一些对策建议。

The fundamental outlet for agriculture depends on science and technology. As a big agricuhural province, Anhui province has benn shouldering the national food security mission. There is an important significance in the development of modem agriculture and the construction of new countryside with agricultural science and technology＇ s support and guid- ance. Anhui province and various local governments have attached importance to that. They improve constantly agricultural science and technology＇ s innovation ability and application level in all sorts of ways. With the deepening of the process of the construction of new countryside, agricultural science and technology of Anhui province is facing with some new problems including the ability of agricultural scientific, the labor of key technology research, the level of popularization and applica- tion and the innovation of system and mechanism. With the actuality, some countermeasures and suggestions are put for- ward accordingly.
