CSI计量评价数据库的功能与科学评价——以西北农林科技大学国内论文科学指标分析为例

CSI Measurement Evaluation Database Function and Scientific Evaluation——Based on Northwest A&F University Domestic Paper Science Index Analysis

在介绍CSI数据库功能的基础上,利用CSI对西北农林科技大学近10年来的国内学术论文在全部学科中的发文量、文献被引量、研究成果主要学科分布、顶尖论文、高被引论文及高影响力的研究成员等各项科学指标进行了定量分析。提出重视利用CSI的评价分析功能不仅对政策制定者、科研管理人员、科研工作者、出版社或编辑部均有一定的帮助和参考价值,而且对高校图书馆在搞好文献信息资源建设与服务方面也具有重要的现实意义。

The paper introduces the function of the CSI. Based on the usage of CSI in the domestic academic papers in all the subjects of Northwest A＆F University, the paper evaluates the indicators for the quantitative analysis, such as literature cited amount, the research subject distribution and top of the science paper. Besides, the analysis and evaluation of the CSI are important not only to policy makers, scientific research management personnel, scientific research workers, press or the editorial department, but also to university libraries in the literature information resource construction and improved services also have important practical significance.
