摘要
基于AHP—TOPSIS评价法设计一个兼具广泛适用性与区域针对性的多层次战略性新兴产业的优选模型,旨在依托该模型可综合、准确、客观地选择出适合本地区发展的战略性新兴产业。通过实地调研齐齐哈尔市的战略性新兴产业,运用优选模型对该地区的战略性新兴产业进行评价排序,所得结论与该地区实际现状吻合,验证了模型的可行性,为战略性新兴产业的优选提供了方法与模型,丰富了战略性新兴产业选择评价的理论研究,具有应用价值与现实意义。
The choice of strategic emerging industries has a profound effect on the development of a region. Based on a wide use as the goal, the paper builds a multi - level strategic emerging industry selection model, taking the industry differ- ence into account. And in the application of the AHP method, it determines weights for different industries respectively and then taking Qiqihar city' s strategic emerging industry as sample, the paper uses the TOPSIS method for data analysis. The final conclusion is that the modern equipment manufacturing, biological, new energy industries are in Qiqihar city.
