高新技术中小企业知识产权保护现状研究——以中国宁波镇海地区为例

Research on Status Quo of Intellectual Property Protection in Small and Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises—Taking Zhenhai District,Ningbo for Example

在知识经济时代,企业要在竞争中立于不败之地,除了要有先进的管理技术和一定的资金设备、适销对路的产品外,还必须要有自己的知识产权,而对知识产权的保护则是关系到企业生死存亡的关键问题。通过对中国宁波镇海地区的33家高新技术中小企业进行问卷调查、访谈,并运用SPSS统计分析等方法研究该地区高新技术中小企业知识产权保护的现状及其存在的问题,分析企业内部保护机制及措施与企业外部侵权情况之间的相关性以及企业对政府知识产权保护工作的满意度等,在此基础上提出宁波镇海地区高新技术中小企业知识产权保护的对策和建议。

In the era of knowledge economy, to be invisible during competition, enterprises shall not only obtain advanced management and technology, certain capital, equipment and marketable products, but also shall acquire their own intellec- tual property rights. The protection of intellectual property rights is a crucial issue for the survival of enterprises. Through questionnaire and interview with 33 small and medium -sized high -tech enterprises in Zhenhai district, Ningbo, China, the paper makes use of SPSS statistical analysis method, studies the status quo and existing problems of intellectual property right protection in small and medium - sized high - tech enterprises in this district, and analyses the relation between enter- prise internal protection mechanisms/measures and enterprise external infringement, as well as enterprise satisfaction with governmental protection of intellectual property rights. On this basis, the paper brings forward countermeasures and sugges- tions for intellectual property right protection in small and medium - sized high - tech enterprises in Zhenhai district, Ning- bo.
