摘要 综述国内外现有关于电子商务模式分类的理论,考虑到电子商务的虚拟集成本质,在传统价值链理论基础上提出基于立体价值结构的电子商务分类模式,有效地识别现有的电子商务模式为3个种类和9种模式。该框架的提出有利于指导企业电子商务商业模式创新实践,同时将为学术界探讨电子商务商业模式创新夯实基础。 The paper reviews the existing theory on the classification of e - commerce model study. The essence of the vir- tual integration of e - commerce is taken into account and then on the basis of the traditional value chain theory, the paper presents a classification model based on three - dimensional value structure of e - commerce. Based on the proposed new framework, the paper identifies three types and nine modes of the existing e - commerce model. The mode not only can more effectively guide the enterprise e - commerce business model innovative practice ; but also will reinforce the foundation for the next step academia to exolore the e - commerce business model innovation.
