摘要
教育公平作为公平正义系统中的一个子系统,其内涵体现一定意识形态的伦理价值判断。文章从大力加强教育政策的建设、坚决贯彻实施以人为本的教育理念、打破教育垄断建立科学的教育决策机制等方面,阐述了教育公平所体现出的伦理价值对推动我国教育体制改革,促进教育的均衡发展,实现社会的公平正义的启示意义。
Educational equality is a sub-system of fairness and justice system.Its connotation represents the ethical judgment of the ideology.The ethical value of educational equality is of considerable significance to promote the reform of the educational system,the balanced development of education,and the realization of social equity and justice in China.
