摘要
为了解高校教师工作投入状况及工作资源对高校教师工作投入的影响作用机制,采用问卷调查法对浙江省9所高校287名教师进行了调查。结果表明:高校教师的工作投入水平较好,工作投入及活力和专注维度得分在教龄差异上显著,并呈现两头高、中间低的"U"型特征,工作投入及其三个维度得分在对收入满意程度上差异显著,并随着对收入满意程度的增高呈上升趋势;工作资源、心理资本对工作投入均具有显著的正向影响;心理资本在工作资源与工作投入之间起部分中介作用。
This paper tries to examine college teachers' work engagement and the influence of job resources on work engagement, and investigates the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between job resources and work engagement.The data is collected from university and college teachers in Zhejiang province. The results show that:college teachers' work engagement is good ,the total score and its dimensions are higher than the average level;there are significant differences among different teaching age on college teachers' work engagement and the vigor and absorption dimensions, i.e., college teachers in the middle stage of teaching age get the lowest scores compared to college teachers in the early and late stage of teaching age;there are significant differences among different income satisfaction degree on college teachers' work engagement and its dimensions, and college teachers' work engagement shows a increasing tendency along with increasing of the income satisfaction degree ;job resources and psychological capital have a significant positive effect on work engagement; psychological capital has partially mediated the effect of iob resource on work enzaement.
