摘要
转变教师发展方式是转变教育发展方式的基本内容,是世界各国推进教师专业化发展的基本趋势,也是深化课程改革、提高教育质量的基本要求。其内涵是变"他主发展"为"自主发展",变"自然发展"为"研究发展",变"平均发展"为"个性发展"。应通过骨干先行、课题牵动、跟踪引领、互动共进、评价跟进、行政推动等策略,培养研究型骨干教师,进而带动教师群体素质的全面提高。
Transforming the mode of teachers educational mode ,which is not only the basic trend of promoting the professional development of teachers across the world but also the basic requirements of deepening the reforms of curriculum,thus improving the quality of education.Its main content is to change passive development into self-development, natural development into researching development and average development into personality development. Meanwhile, different strategies such as ,leading figures going first, subjects affecting ,tracking leading the way, interactive handing, and evaluation following-up and so on,will be used to promote and train some leading teachers with researching ideas,thus promote the quality of all the teachers.
