Research on Construction of Grassroots Teaching Organizations in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Sustainable Development

加强基层教学组织体系建设是高等职业教育提升内涵、提高质量的基本途径和重要保障。在具体的实践过程中,高职院校应当按照强化职教性、延升高教性的基本要求,兼顾规范性和灵活性的考虑,积极构建以专业群为单元、以教研室为基础,以专业带头人为运作骨干的基础教学组织体系。同时也应当处理好专业教研室与公共教研室、专业教师和兼职教师之间的关系协调问题,确保教学组织工作有效顺利开展。

To strengthen the construction of grassroots teaching organization system is a basic way and an important guarantee for higher vocational education to promote connotation and improve quality.During specific practice, higher vocational colleges shall follow the basic requirement of strengthening vocational education and extending higher education,give equal consideration to standardization and flexibility, and actively build a basic teaching organization system with specialty groups as a unit,teaching research offices as the foundation,and specialty leaders as operating backbone. Meanwhile, coordinate and deal with the relation between specialty teaching research offices and public teaching research offices, between professional teachers and part-time teachers, in order to ensure effective and smooth teaching organization.
