糖尿病患者的室性心律失常及QTd

The study of ventricular arrhythmia and QT dispersion in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的 :探讨糖尿病患者的室性心律失常及和 QTd的关系。方法 :对 12 6例糖尿病患者和4 0例正常人的心电图、动态心电图进行分析。结果 :糖尿病患者的 QTd为 62 .9± 17.1ms,室性心率失常的发生率为 4 5.63%。对照组的 QTd为 2 6.1± 14.3ms,室性心率失常的发生率为 2 0 % ,两者有明显差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To study the relationship between QT dispersion(QTd) and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with diabetes mellitus.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]126 cases with diabetes mellitus and 40 healthful people were analyzed in the electrocardiogram and Holter.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The QTd were 62.9±17.1 ms (in diabetes mellitus ) and 26.1±14.3 ms (in comparison group)separately.The incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia were 43.65%(in diabetes mellitus)and 20% (in comparison group).[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]There are high incidence of ventricular arrhythmia with abnormal QTd in diabetes mellitus.
