摘要
以聚乙交酯纤维为原料,在针织横机上制备了小口径管状针织医用支架.通过正交试验法确定了弯纱深度、给纱张力、牵拉重量等针织工艺参数,使支架具有指定的口径与线圈长度.对该支架进行体外降解试验表明,随着降解时间的增加,支架的重量与拉伸强力不断减小.
A small diameter tubal knitted scaffold composed of polyglycolide(PGA)fibers is prepared using a flat knitting machine. The knitting parameters such as sinking depth, feed tension, and holding down iron weight are determined by orthogonal experiments, which make the scaffold have the designated diameter and loop length. The performance of scaffold during degradation in vitro is tested. The weight and tenacity of scaffold are decreased with the increase of the degradation time.
