门诊输液室院内感染危险因素分析与管理对策

Risk Factor Analysis of Nosocomial Infection in the Outpatient Transfusion Room and Management Strategies

门诊输液室是医院的重要窗口,是门诊患者进行输液的场所。由于患者多,病种杂,用药复杂,而且老年及小儿患者是输液室的主力军,易引起院内感染的发生,是院内感染管理的重点部门。笔者通过对输液室院内感染危险因素的分析,旨在探讨相应的管理对策。

The outpatient transfusion room is the place for outpatients to receive transfusion. Nosocomial infection is more likely to occur in the transfusion room due to large patient number, diverse diseases, various drugs and large proportion of elder patients and children and the transfusion room should be put under strict infection control. Our hospital tried to analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in the transfusion room and explore corresponding management strategies.
