立足于国家工程技术文献保障与服务的战略需求，结合我国工程技术文献保障与服务体系的建设现状，从加强文献战略储备机制、深化文献保障内涵建设、提升用户服务成效和推进可持续发展四个方面对其发展趋势进行展望。

This paper mainly analyzes the strategic demands for the guarantee and service on the engineering and technical literature in China. Considering the status quo, it puts forward some implementation measures for the guarantee and service on the engineering and technical literature in China, including strategic reserve mechanism, literature guarantee, service efficiency and sustainable development.
