SEA诱导树突状细胞抗膀胱肿瘤免疫应答的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究超抗原金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素A(SEA)刺激后的树突状细胞 (DC)体内诱导的抗膀胱肿瘤免疫效应。方法 分离小鼠T739脾脏DC ,加SEA贴壁培养并富集细胞 ,观察其对DC功能特性的影响及体内诱导的抗肿瘤免疫保护反应。结果 经SEA刺激后的DC共刺激分子B7表达显著增加 ,刺激T细胞增殖能力明显增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在体内诱导出更强的细胞毒性T细胞 (CTL) ,有效抵抗膀胱肿瘤细胞BTT739的攻击。结论 SEA可活化DC 。
