陈旧性下颌骨骨折的小型钛板坚固内固定技术

Miniplate Osteosynthesis of Remote Mandibular Fracture.

目的 探讨小型钛板坚固内固定技术在下颌骨陈旧性骨折治疗中的应用。方法 4 2例患者共 4 8处下颌骨陈旧性骨折行切开复位小型钛板坚固内固定。结果 4 2例患者术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。 4 0例恢复正常咬合关系 ,2例经颌间牵引 1个月后基本恢复咬合关系。 38例术后张口度 >3.7cm ,3个月后X线复查 ,骨折愈合良好。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of miniplate osteosynthesis in remote mandibular fractures. Methods 38 remote mandibular fractures in 25 patients treated with titanium miniplate osteosynthesis was analyzed. Results No infection was found. 23 cases had satisfied occlusion. The mouth opening of 24 cases was over 3cm. Conclusions The miniplate osteosynthesis was effective in the treatment of remote mandibular fracture.
