广东南海两镇人群恒牙氟含量抽样测试报告

The Study of Fluoride Contents in Permanent Teeth from Two Towns of Nanhai City, Guangdong.

目的 了解南海市南庄镇和小塘镇人群人体氟含量 ,作为制订防龋计划的依据和防龋项目评价的基线资料。方法 在两镇收集临床拔除的恒牙 ,粉碎、扩散 ,吸收、洗出、定容 ,用氟离子选择电极测定氟含量。结果 南庄镇人群恒牙氟含量为 (2 32 .5 3± 71.73)mg/kg ,小塘镇人群恒牙氟含量为 (2 30 .14± 87.87)mg/kg。两镇人群恒牙氟含量比较差异无显著性。结论 南海市南庄镇和小塘镇均未发现人群恒牙氟含量异常现象。

Objective To provide the basis for caries prevention program and offer relevant evaluation criterion, the fluoride content of human body in Nanzhuang and Xiaotang, Nanhai City was measured. Methods The extracted permanent teeth from the two towns were ground, diffused, absorbed, washed and quantitated. Then the fluoride concentration was measured with the ion selective fluoride-electrode method. Results The fluoride contents in permanent teeth was (232.53±71.73)mg/kg in Nanzhuang and (230.14±87.87)mg/kg in Xiaotang and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion No abnormal fluoride contents was found in permanent teeth from the residents of Nanzhuang and Xiaotang, Nanhai City.
