非时令序贯穴位贴敷疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染恢复期64例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 64 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection at recovery stage treated with non seasonal sequential acupoint sticking therapy

目的观察非时令序贯穴位贴敷疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染恢复期的疗效。方法采用非时令序贯穴位贴敷疗法治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿64例,每3 d敷1组穴位,连续7次为1个疗程,1年后统计疗效。结果临床痊愈21例(占32.81%),显效34例(占53.13%),有效5例(占7.81%),无效4例(占6.25%),总有效率为93.75%。与治疗前比较,患儿IgA,IgG,IgM水平升高,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论非时令序贯穴位贴敷疗法能增强小儿的机体抵抗力,对小儿反复呼吸道感染起到预防性治疗的目的。

Objective To observe curative effect of non seasonal sequential acupoint sticking therapy in treating pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 64 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection were treated with non seasonal sequential acupoint sticking.A group of acupoints were treated for 3 days,then changed to another group,7 groups a course.The data in one year was collected and analyzed statistically.Results 21 cases（32.81%） got clinical cured,34 cases（53.13%） obvious effective,5 cases（7.81%） effective,4 cases（6.25%） invalid.Total efficiency was 93.75%.After treatment,IgA,IgG,IgM levels increased with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Non seasonal sequential acupoint sticking therapy can enhance children＇s resistance,reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection,prevent children from repeated respiratory infection to a certain degree.
