解剖型接骨板对治疗锁骨中段骨折疗效分析

Analysis of anatomical form plate to treat mid-shaft clavicle fractures

目的 通过解剖型接骨板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折,分析其临床疗效.方法 自2010～2012年对本院收治的161例锁骨中段骨折患者采用解剖型接骨板治疗并随访观察,记录骨折愈合时间、并发症、术后功能恢复情况.结果 全部患者获得随访3～24个月,平均15个月,无锁骨下血管神经损伤,无气胸发生,骨折临床愈合时间平均3～5个月,按连学全等骨折愈合标准评定：优145例,良：12例,差4例；优良率97.5％.结论 解剖接骨板用于治疗锁骨中段骨折操作方便,效果确切,疗效满意.

Objective To study the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fLxation with anatomical form plate to treat mid-shaft of clavicle fractures. Methods From 2010 to 2012, 161 cases of mid-shaft clavicle fracture were treated with anatomical form plates. The union time of the fracture, complication and functional recovery after operation were observed and recorded. Results Over a 3-24 month follow-up visit with 15 months on average. The fracture healed 3-5 moths after operation. The injury of infra-clavicular blood vessel and nerve and the pneumothorax weren＇t appeared.Based on Lian Xue-quans＇ evaluation standard,the therapeutic Restdts were excellent in 145 cases,good in 12 and poor in 4,with the excellent and good ratio being 97.5%. Conclusion For mid-shaft clavicle fractures in adults, the operation with internal fLxation with anatomical form plate clavicle fractures is a handiness and reliable procedure.
