摘要
目的 探讨胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）中胆道造影的临床应用价值.方法 回顾分析2008年10月～2012年10月腹腔镜胆囊切除术中经胆囊管插管行胆道造影54例患者的临床资料.结果 造影54例均获成功,发现胆总管结石26例.结论 LC术中胆道造影可避免术后胆管残石的发生及不必要的胆管探查,及时发现胆管损伤,有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the clinical value of intraoperativc cholangiography（IOC） in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods The clinical data of 54 patients receiving.intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Octomber 2008 to Octomber 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Cholangiography was performed in 54 cases .26 cases bile duct stone. Conclusion Intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is of high clinical value that decrease the post operative complications and boost the quality in LC, which c an prevent residual calculi after operation, avert bile duct exploration or injury and make sure of abnormal bile duct.
