两种护理模式在急诊护理中应用研究

Study of Application Two Nursing Models in the Emergency Nursing

目的比较症状护理与疾病护理在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法将100例急诊科患者随机地均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予疾病护理,观察组给予症状护理。比较两组第一护理时间、意外发生率以及护理满意度等。结果观察组第一护理时间为(1.32±0.54)min,明显短于对照组(1.80±0.60)min(P<0.05);观察组意外发生率4.00%,明显小于对照组12.00%(P<0.01);观察组护理服务满意度94.00%,明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论与疾病护理模式比较,症状护理能够明显缩短第一护理时间,减少意外发生的次数,且大大提高护理满意度,值得在临床上加以推广并应用。

Objective To compare the application effects of the symptoms nursing and disease nursing in the emergency nursing.Methods 100 patients in the department of emergency were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were given disease nursing, patients in the observation group were given symptoms nursing.The first nursing time, the rate of accident and the satisfaction of nursing.Results The first nursing time was(1.32±0.54) min, significantly shorter than that in the control group(1.80±0.60) min(P<0.05).The rate of accident in the observation group was 4.00%,significantly less than that in the control group(12.00%)(P<0.01).The satisfaction of nursing was 94.00% in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the disease nursing,symptoms nursing can significantly shorten the first nursing time, reduce the number of accidents, and greatly improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of application in clinical.
