摘要
教师评价是促进教师专业发展的重要途径,以教育部出台的教师专业标准为依据,探讨何为"基于专业标准"的教师评价指标体系,思考构建基于专业标准的教师评价指标体系的认识基础。在此基础上,从"评什么"和"怎么评"等方面构建基于专业标准的教师评价指标体系框架,促进教师评价的转型。
One of the critical ways to enhance teacher's professional level is to conduct teacher assessment. Based on the Professional Standard for Teachers issued by the Ministry of Education, this paper investigates the teacher assess-ment system by asking "what is professional standard-based", looking for the ba-sis for understanding how to construct a professional standard system for teacher assessment. Then a professional standard-based framework for teacher assess-ment is constructed, focusing on "what to assess" and "how to assess" in order to promote the transformation of teacher assessment.
