基于学生工作组织结构优化的高校应急管理机制研究

就国内外现状而言,提高高校应急管理能力需要一套综合体系来完善,以使突发事件对学校和学生造成的损失降到最小。将国外高校学生工作组织结构的扁平式组织结构模式与中国高校学生工作垂直式组织结构模式相结合,形成中国高校学生工作组织矩阵结构模型。该创新模型可以使中国当前高校应急管理能力上升一个新的台阶。

In view of the current situation home and abroad, a set of com-prehensive systems is needed to improve the capability for colleges to deal with e-mergencies so as to minimize the damages to colleges and students, Combining the flat organizational paradigm in foreign colleges with the vertical organization-al paradigm in China, a new students＂ affairs organizational matrix model with u nique Chinese characteristics is proposed. The new model will surely improve the Chinese colleges＇ capability of dealing with emergencies.
