女大学生就业问题破解新思路

New Thinking on the Problem of Female College Graduates' Employment

运用文献分析法,系统总结、评述了学术界关于女大学生就业问题成因,及破解对策的认知。认为尽管社会各界已做出了诸多努力,但目前女大学生就业形势依然严峻。因此,应加强跨学科对话,密切关注社会力量在解决女大学生就业问题中的作用,重点探讨农村与民族地区生源地女大学生就业问题,以期扩展女大学生就业空间,破解女大学生就业难问题。

By doing literature review and systematic summary, the author makes analysis on the causes of and countermeasures against the problems in fe-male college students＇ seeking employment. It is believed that despite of efforts made in all sectors of the society, female college graduates may still find them-selves difficult in finding jobs. Therefore, dialogues between different disciplines should be promoted to bring the whole society into full play to solve this prob-lem. Topics should he focused on the employment for female college graduates from rural or ethnic areas, expecting to enlarge the room for employment and solve this problem.
