Early radiological diagnostic value of chest trauma

目的探讨胸部创伤的放射学早期诊断价值。方法对80例胸部创伤患者采用CR和CT诊断的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在80例患者中,大多数患者为肋骨骨折。CT检查及CR检查,都可以帮助确定患者的损伤程度,但是最好根据患者的伤势情况以及实际需求来确定检查方式。结论 CT检查或是CR检查是治疗胸部创伤的一项重要程序,对于确定患者肺部损伤程度有着重要的作用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the early radiological chest trauma. Method Retrospective analysis of.the clinical data of 80 cases of chest trauma patients with the CR and CT diagnosis. Results In 80 patients, most of patients with rib fractures. CT examination, CR examination, can help to identify patients with injury. However, determine the inspection way, should according to the situation and the actual needs of patients. Conclusion Examination of CT or CR examination is an important procedure for the treatment of chest trauma, plays an important role in determining the degree of patients with lung injury.
