摘要
目的分析急诊科低钾血症患者焦虑情绪的护理干预效果。方法选择在本院急诊科接受治疗的低钾血症伴焦虑情绪患者作为研究对象,分别给予常规护理及针对性护理干预措施,比较两组患者的干预后焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪评分差异。结果干预后观察组HAMD(15.76±2.25)、HAMA(14.46±1.35)明显低于对照组(t=2.147、2.254,P<0.05)。结论针对性的护理干预措施可以有效缓解低钾血症患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进其积极配合治疗。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in patients with hypokalemia and anxiety in department of emergency. Methods Patients with hypokalemia and anxiety in the hospital were as research subjects,and were given routine nursing and targeted interventions,egative emotions score sucn as anxiety and depression between two groups were compared after intervention. Results HAMD was （15.76±2.25）, HAMA was （14.46 ± 1.35） in the intervention group after intervention,were significantly lower than those in the control group （t=2.147, 2.254, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing interventions can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with hypokalemia,and promote its actively cooperation with treatment.
