无盐冷存液保存精子作用的观察

摘要 目的 :比较 3种不同人精子冷存液的冷冻效果。方法 :采用传统的精子冷存液 (TYB)及实验室自制的两种无盐冷存液 Sirm1和 Sirm2冷存人精子。冷冻前及解冻后应用 CASA分析精子的相关运动参数。结果 :TYB冷存的精子数量、能动力及进一步活动度均高于另两种无盐冷存液 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 Sirm1和 Sirm2之间的冷冻效果无任何差异。 结论 :用 TYB冷冻液冷存精子可以得到较好的冷冻效果。 Objective: To compare cryosurvival of normal human sperm using three different cryopreservation media. Methods: Using conventional sperm cryoprotectant TYB、 a sodium free sucrose and glycerol cryopreservation (Sirm 1) and a third cryopreservatant similar to Sirm 1 but with the sugar trehalose substituted sucrose and with glutamine (Sirm 2). CASA was used to assess sperm cryosurvival and to measure motility parameters in different media prior to freezing、 1 h post thaw and 24 h post thaw. Results: There was a significantly higher sperm survival when TYB used as a cryopreservatant, compared to the two sodium free media Sirm 1 and Sirm 2. There was no significantly difference between Sirm 1 and Sirm 2 media. Conclusions: TYB has better effect in sperm cryopreservation.
