冠状动脉病变与左心功能的相关性研究

Reseach of the relationship between coronary artery lesion and left ventricular function

目的 :探讨冠心病人冠状动脉病变与左心功能的关系。方法 :对 34例心绞痛、30例心梗及 36例正常对照行选择性冠状动脉造影 (CAG)和左心室造影 ,冠状动脉病变结合电影影像和数字减影影像进行专家目测和自动测量对照分析 ,左心功能研究采用室壁运动自动分析软件进行分析 ,冠心病按一支或多支血管有 5 0 %以上狭窄确定诊断。结果 :心绞痛组和心梗组患者 ,左心功能和冠状动脉病变支数及严重程度明显相关 ,多支血管病变患者左心功能减损超过单支血管病变患者 ,且冠状动脉狭窄愈重 ,左心功能减损愈明显。结论

Objective: To investigate the relationship between coronary artery lesion and left ventricular function. Methods: This study underwent coronary angiocardiography(CAG) in 100 cases of coronary heart disease and suspicious coronary heart disease.We contrasted the results by expert's eyesight on coronary artery lesions with that of the automatic measure combining with film imaging and digitized coronary angiograms imaging,the research of left ventricular function was analysed by automatic analysis software of wall motion,and coronary heart disease was diagnosed,if one or more blood vessel narrow more than fifty percent. Results: The analysis of angina pectoris group and myocardial infarction group showed that left ventricular function was closely interrelated with the severity and the number of coronary artery lesion; the degree of dysfunction of left ventricular function on multi vascular lesions was more remarkabe than that of single vascular lesion, the degree of dysfunction of left ventricular function was interrelated with the degree of coronary artery narrowed. Conclusions: Left ventricular function of coronary heart disease was closely interrelated with the severity of coronary arterial lesions.
