建设项目投资的控制应贯穿于立项到竣工验收整个项目的各个阶段,施工前的决策和设计尤为重要。基于这种情况,本文简述了设计阶段造价控制的必要性,论述了在建筑设计的各阶段造价控制的措施,可有效地提高经济效益。

The control of construction project investment should be running through every stage of the project from setting up to completion, among which the most important is the decision-making and design of pre-construction. Based on this condition, this paper describes the necessity of cost control during the design stage, discusses the cost control measure of each phase of architectural design. It is effective to improve the economic efficiency.
