工程设计的项目管理是关系工程成败的关键,它贯穿于工程的整个生命周期,好的项目管理,能够为工程节省投资和时间。项目管理是将各种知识、技能、手段和技术应用到项目活动中,以满足项目的各项要求。项目管理是通过启动、计划、执行、监控和关闭这几个阶段的实施和整合来实现的。项目管理的要点包括项目负责人、团队建设、项目开展的计划性、质量控制、进度控制和成本控制,其中,质量、进度和成本相互影响、相互制约。
Project Management of Engineering Design is the key of engineering project st, ccess or failure, which runs through the entire life cycle of the project. It can be accomplished through the integration of the project managemeut,such as processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing. The key points of project management include project leader, team construction, working schedule, quality control, schedule control and cost control, of which quality, schedule and cost are inter- restriction and inter-inference.
