摘要
常用的有效防腐蚀方法是用外防护层隔绝环境对钢管表面的直接接触和伤害,因此,评价防护层的在役状态对保证安全生产和延长埋地钢质管道的使用寿命至关重要。管中多频电流检测法是目前金属管道防腐层质量检测的常见方法,通过分析PCM(管中多频电流检测仪)的工作原理及组成结构,总结应用PCM在沙漠地区进行检测遇到的相关问题,提出了一系列沙漠地区应用PCM进行管道检测的相关建议。
Common and effective anti-corrosion environment is isolated from the outer protective layer on the steel surface in direct contact and injury, therefore, to evaluate the protective layer of buried steel pipeline to ensure safe production and extend the life of in-service status is essential. Multi-frequency tube current detection method is a common method of metal pipeline coating quality inspection, by analyzing the PCM (Pipeline Current Mapper) works and composition summarize the PCM detection encountered in desert regions related problem, a series of desert regions of the application of PCM inspection recommendations.
